Class fieldtrip to Trafalgar Square & Buckingham Palace

Our Sociology class took a field trip to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar square to discuss Imperial London: Cityscape, Display and Identity...
We arrived at the Palace just in time as the Queen was leaving!

We knew something important was about to happen...
Preparing for her departure...

The weather is very bipolar here just like St. Louis, one second it is gorgeous and warm and the next it is starting to "spit" and turns into a downpour! Lesson learned: always carry an umbrella everywhere you go!

Typical tourists

Finally the sun came back out and the clouds looked amazing!
